  • This highly practical course is aimed at the entry level for Domestic staff or steward/ess or crew
    Looking to enhance their skills in order to progress in the yachting industry.

  • The program covers technical service skills from plated to silver service, correct carrying and clearing procedures, different styles and sequence of service, menu knowledge, specialist dietary requirements, etiquette, protocol and personal presentation.

  • Training focuses on teamwork and the importance of continual liaison between the Galley and the server.
